Key Responsibilities
Lead daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and store upkeep
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to TOMORO standards
Manage cost control -- monitor sales, wastage, and inventory
Drive store performance to meet sales and profit targets
Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experience
Work closely with HQ for marketing and supply coordination

Requirements
Minimum 2 years cafe or F&B management experience
Skilled in barista techniques and customer service
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset -- accountable for results and growth
