Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration support including procurement, office upkeep, and asset management.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and expatriate housing matters, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, welfare activities, and office-related projects.
  • Support with casual ad-hoc translation and communication between English and Korean counterparts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma and above
  • At least 3 years' experience in administrative or secretarial roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean counterparts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in handling office operations.
Salary: $4,000 to $5,000
