Job Description

Provide full spectrum of office administration support including procurement, office upkeep, and asset management. Arrange travel, accommodation, and expatriate housing matters, liaising with vendors and service providers. Coordinate employee engagement, welfare activities, and office-related projects. Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
Requirements:


Diploma and above. At least 3 years' experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably within the

construction or engineering industries

. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with general office operations.
