As our

Club Lounge Manager

, you will be the ambassador of personalized service and refined hospitality. You will oversee the exclusive Club Lounge experience, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and comfort. This role demands a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and leadership to deliver seamless service in a sophisticated environment.

Our Expectations:

Curate a luxurious and tranquil atmosphere in the Club Lounge, aligned with brand aesthetics and service philosophy. Personally welcome Club guests, VIPs and loyalty members, ensuring their preferences are anticipated and met. Manage daily food and beverage presentations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes, in collaboration with culinary and F&B teams. Handle guest feedback with grace and discretion, resolving issues promptly while maintaining brand reputation. Collaborate with Rooms Division and F&B leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience. Lead, train, and inspire a team of Club Lounge Associates to deliver anticipatory service. Ensure the Club Lounge is impeccably maintained, from ambience and cleanliness to technology and amenities. Monitor guest traffic and adjust resources and service flow accordingly. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and service recovery actions. Manage Lounge budgets, cost controls, and inventory in alignment with hotel financial goals. Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to uphold service standards consistently. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with employment related, health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Talent Profile

You should also possess a warm, gracious, and discreet demeanour, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You are adaptable to dynamic situations, have a keen eye for detail, and are driven by a commitment to excellence.
