• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load for

delivery

• Handling raw material in the laboratory
• Utilize essential equipment to prepare and assemble raw materials

for packaging

• Complete quality assurance testing on products
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in

warehouses

• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including

equipment

• Move materials or completed products and packages to established

locations

• Picking, packing, wrapping, banding, boxing, checking, and handling

of goods and products

• Prepare product for delivery
• Assist in arranging and organizing goods and products in the store
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and tidiness
• Maintain proper documentation of stock information and monitor

stock movement

• Provide sales with appropriate information for documents
• Inventory control and cycle count and ensure quantity tally with

WESS systems

• Ensure that the deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time
• Ensure the goods and products delivery tally with the delivery

orders, etc

• Conduct quality checks on labelled vials and packaged cartons/trays

and packaging products prior to delivery and collection (check the
quality and quantity according to the delivery order, verify and
report to management if there are any discrepancies)

• Housekeeping duties
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Physically fit
• Able to work independently
• Able to work well with others in a teamwork environment
• Self-Motivated
• Inventory control
• Basic computer skills required
• Prior working experience in warehouse environment is preferred
• Class 3 driving license is preferred but NOT A MUST
• Able to perform OT when required
• Able to meet demanding standards for quality and productivity
• Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all company safety

procedures and recommendations
