Placement Type: Temporary Salary (USD): $26-$30/hr + Benefits Start Date: 11.01.2023 Paid Media Consultant EAST COAST HOURS Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the paid media consultation for the global hospitality leader\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Services group, which creates and supports comprehensive in-house digital services programs for participating hotels. These centralized offerings provide individual hotels with paid media consultation services and function in an agency-like model within the Global eCommerce Digital Services organization.
Execute paid media tactics to support client Digital Marketing Plans.
Implement and measure paid media tactics for customer acquisition.
Ensure all tactics are economically viable, efficient, repeatable, KPI-driven, and scalable.
The Digital Analyst is tasked with staying up-to-date on industry best practices and works to implement new ideas, techniques, and tactics within the Digital Services programs. He or she will work cross-functionally with various clients to advance the value of paid media marketing at the hotel level. This role includes collaboration with Consultant(s) and vendors with the implementation of paid media tactics across Client programs and for special projects. Requirements:
Demonstrated strong communication skills working in a client facing role
Atleast 1 year of relevant digital marketing work experience, paid media experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a positive client experience
Strong in Excel and interpretation of data
Skills and Experience:
Manage execution of paid media-related tactics to support client strategies.
Adapt to the evolving digital landscape and implement new processes and tactics.
Prioritize workload effectively for multiple clients and stakeholders.
Manage inquiries and collaborate with the team for prompt responses.
Conduct monthly client calls and account audits.
Utilize internal reporting systems, proprietary tools, and external vendor dashboards.
Paid Media Management and Execution
Execute daily paid media consultation services, including strategy, funding, analysis, and measurement.
Ensure compliance with Paid Media guidelines and standards.
Engage with Marriott Clients and maintain Client relationships.
Leverage Net Promoter Score (NPS) for client satisfaction.
Collaborate with enterprise and brand teams for Paid Media opportunities.
Managing Execution
Analyze campaign performance and provide tactical recommendations.
Identify effective advertising channels for conversions, revenue, ROAS, and scale.
Measure success using KPIs like clicks, CPC, conversion, and ROAS.
Review results and suggest enhancements for increased conversions, revenue, and ROAS.
Set high performance standards and take proactive initiative.
Excel in a remote work setting.
