Job Description
Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machinery, and other things to be used. Conduct inspections before and after the work and plan the work for the given task. Communicate closely with supervisors by updating the work before, in progress, after, or after completion of on-site work. Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting outside/ Gondolas. Putty/Plaster to repair cracks. Hands-on support for building operations. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the designated places. Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification. Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management Knowledgeable in mixing and applying paint for painting. Able to protect furniture and fixtures before and during painting Daily routine inspection of building premises, safety measures, etc. To perform any ad hoc tasks as required Must attend early morning site meetings. Follows all required safety procedures.

Similar experiences will be an advantage Able to commit to Overtime when required Able to calculate surface area and plan the usage of paint Able to work at heights Able to work on weekends and public holidays, should there be a requirement. * Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
