Job Description
Workdays & Time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (1hr unpaid break)
Work Location: 50 Collyer Quay (OUE Bayfront Office, nearest MRT: Raffles MRT)
Duration: Starting in June 2024 (3 Months Contract), may extend one month if necessary.
Salary: $2000 basic + $100 performance incentiveJob responsibilities:
- Serving coffee/tea to both staff and visitors as needed
- Ensuring the cleanliness of meeting rooms, furniture, equipment, and fixtures
- Restocking pantry, office, and meeting room supplies including coffee, snacks, drinks, stationery, and printing paper.
- Washing and properly storing cups, plates, and utensils
- Proper disposal of trash and recyclables in designated bins
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
