Job Description

Our client is a smart automotive technology company developing automotive-grade AI chips and integrated software-hardware solutions for intelligent cockpits, cabin-driving fusion, and on-device generative AI.

They are seeking a detail-oriented

Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel

to support their legal operations in Singapore. The role includes handling contracts, corporate filings, compliance tasks, and legal documentation. It is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage basic contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements) and maintain updated contract templates. Track contract signing and filing; maintain legal records and document templates. Assist with company filings and corporate maintenance. Support compliance work (e.g., KYC, basic due diligence, internal record management). Conduct basic legal research and help prepare internal memos or summaries. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Legal team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline. A Singapore legal education background is preferred. Excellent command of

English

(written and spoken) is required;

Chinese

proficiency is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Prior legal or paralegal experience is preferred but not required. Proficient with common office software and basic AI tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
