Description
The key responsibilities will be to:
- preparing initial drafts for various hotel agreements under the guidance of the legal counsel
- review, edit and making amendments on agreements
- liaising with external parties including lawyers on legal matters, including due diligence
- maintaining and updating database for agreements and other documents, provisions and legal matters
- coordinating with internal stakeholders on legal matters
Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in law, preferably in commercial or transactional law
- preference will be towards candidates with law degree but is not required
- strong time management and project management skills in a fast paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills with good communication skills to collaborate and work closely with colleagues
- detailed to attention with good analytic skills
- skills with MS Office including Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
