Description
Our client is a European-headquartered market leader in the semiconductor industry. As the business continues to grow organically across the region, they are looking for a Paralegal to join them in their expansion.
Working in a dynamic regional legal team, you will be responsible for overall support to the team, including drafting and reviewing of legal documents and document executions. You will be in-charge of the contract depository system and ensure timely updates and templates in the database. You will also support the team on statutory annual filings and corporate transactions, i.e. acquisitions, mergers, financings, etc.
Qualifications
You possess a Diploma or a Bachelor in Law with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a paralegal/ contract management function. Prior in-house experience will be highly regarded. You are a proactive team player with an appetite to learn and grow, you have a proven track record in thriving under a fast-paced environment.
