Job Description

Baker & McKenzie Wong & Leow is looking for a Paralegal to join our Transactional Practice Group, with a particular focus on Private Equity. The ideal candidate would have minimum 7 years of experience in international law firm(s), with strong background in supporting private equity transactions and fund formation. Assist in managing multi-jurisdictional matters and coordinating with international teams.
