Job Description


This is a remote position. Position purpose
An amazing opportunity to work with a leading dynamic Australian company for a talented and innovative experienced Paraplanner. You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Australian Paraplanning/Financial Planning specifically across accumulation side (super/investments/insurance/retirement) along with demonstrated experience working with an Australian Client.

  • Must have a thorough understanding of the Insurance Process.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the SMSF application and lodgement processes
  • Able to work independently and make decisions.
  • Outstanding communication with customers and other business associates.




Paraplanning and Administration:



  • Preparing detailed and accurate Statements of Advice
  • Financial modelling illustrations using AdviceOS & Aged Care Steps
  • Research products & prepare comparisons with AdviceOS
  • Enter information collected from clients into CRM
  • Prepare SOA’s and ROAs for clients on behalf of advisers.
  • To implement financial plans on behalf of financial planners.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of servicing policies and procedures and maintenance of ongoing client service.
  • Preparing complex full cash flow illustrations using AdviceOS
  • Must have a complete understanding of the Australian financial planning legislation and compliance rules and regulations
  • Manage a and book client appointments on behalf of Adviser
  • Manage client appointments calendar
  • Assist Financial Planner with the administrative duties related to their clients and ongoing business management
  • Creating Quotation and Lodging application
  • Follow up with the clients and insurance providers (underwriters) till application get approved / declined
  • Assisting Advisor in completing the business from beginning to end
  • Contact the accountant, etc. Calling the client's current supers and gathering information. Understand the concept of overall superannuation fund.
  • Entering client information into the advisor's Client Relationship Management program (Platform Plus)
  • Undertaking super, investment and insurance product comparison reports using the financial planning software and product providers website/specific software
  • Filling out superannuation, investment, insurance application forms (paper-based or online). Client interaction through email and phone
  • Portfolio and CRM Management, Financial Strategies and Client Coordination
  • Monitoring and updating the workflow software program
  • Creating Fee Disclosure Statements, Ongoing Service Agreements, Initial Client Engagement Letter, Fee Consent Forms, and more
  • Data entry and filing of Files to Adviser CRM
  • Tracking the progress of superannuation/pension, insurance, and investment applications and other documents to complete
  • Establishing Data Feeds
  • Keeping track of Platform Plus tasks, FDS Dates, Renewal Dates, Ad hoc administration duties as they arise




Requirements




  • At least 4 years of experience in Australian Paraplanning/Financial Planning
  • Experience in PlatformPlus, Aged Care Steps, AdviceOS/Midwinter software, Statement of Advice, Records of Advice, and Strategy Documents
  • Prior experience with superannuation/pension, insurance, and investment applications, generating client reports
  • Must be able to complete detailed cash flow illustrations, super/pension/investment comparisons, and insurance comparison report
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and can multitask and articulate what work has been completed and what still needs to be completed
  • Professional nature and understanding of privacy laws and confidentiality
  • Problem solver and able to understand what needs to be done and how to do it quickly
  • Ideally familiar with time management and remote desktop software



Benefits

Benefits:

1. Monthly Salary: Php 50,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay

5. Laptop provided after 30 days
6. Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
7. Shift times: 7 AM – 4 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
