Adecco is partnering with a renowned Education Institution in seeking for a Parent Liaison Executive to join their expanding team. The suitable incumbent should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales with strong communication skills.

The Job:
Address, respond to, and follow up on all inquiries from parents related to school events, student-led conferences, assemblies, etc.

Collaborate with other schools under the same company on matters related to student transfers.

Accompany parents on tours of the school\'s facilities.

Record all complaints or inquiries raised by parents and bring them to the attention of the Principal and Parent Liaison Manager.

Assist in planning the school\'s Open House

Communicate with various stakeholders as necessary, such as transportation and uniform companies.

The Talent

Diploma Holders with at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience in a sales management / business development role in the education services or a service orientated industry

Customer service experience is essential in dealing to both existing and prospective parents

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Results orientated with a hands-on approach
