In your role, you will:

  • Promote the Bombardier Customer Experience by ensuring prompt action and resolution is delivered by all responsible departments on all customer issues related to but not restricted to:
    • Financial oversight of accounts and Warranty Recovery.
    • Provide Support to the Bombardier Mobile Response Center.
    • Provide Support to all Bombardier Service Centers, Authorized Service Facilities and Customer Response Center.
  • Facilitate resolution management with internal stakeholders pertaining to Customer queries and escalation (if required) to Senior Management to ensure the Customer’s expectations are met.
  • Interface and network at all levels with the customer’s organization to ensure they realize and live the Customer Experience that Bombardier has built their repetition on.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement efforts to optimize the Customer’s / Bombardier processes and continue to put measures in place that will increase profitability and organizational growth.
  • Serve as customer primary point-of-contact in daily communications.
  • Keep current on all technical aspects of aircraft supported, including available modifications, manual revisions, service bulletins, and best operational practices.
  • Provide support for internal and external part audits.
  • Monitor, and ensure accountability by responsible departments in support of all customer issues.
  • Available to travel frequently and at short notice.
  • Guaranteed to support Holidays.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
  • You have a degree in Business Administration;
  • You have minimum of ten (10) years of previous aviation experience;
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills;
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and customer focused;
  • You are proficient in the use of software such all Microsoft products, SAP knowledge and Sales Force;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
