Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Only During School Term (9 months): Mondays to Fridays
Working Hours: 1.30pm to 5.00pm
Part-time After School Engagement Services
Key Roles
1. Supervision & Safety: Assist teachers in maintaining a safe and conducive environment for students by helping to monitor their activities, maintaining discipline, and addressing any concerns.
2. The selected personnel is to preferably have first aid qualifications. Selected personnel is required to attend and successfully complete first-aid training provided by the school if he/she does not have the relevant qualifications.
3. Student Engagement & Support: Support teachers in engaging students, providing emotional support, and encouraging participation in the structured activities planned by the teachers.
4. Programme Coordination: Assist the teachers to run after-school programmes, including enrichment activities, study sessions, and recreational opportunities.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Inform the teachers of any behavioral concerns and follow teachers instructions to support students' holistic development.
6. Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, track student progress, and gather student feedback when necessary.
7. To contact parents when students are not present for their Lighthouse days. Connect and build good rapport with target students.
Requirement:

• at least 3 years of direct relevant working experience in After School engagement Services, preferably in a school environment.
