Primary Accountabilities
- To deliver bread and drinks orders according to the sequence of order.
- Ensure the bread & toast station is well maintained and clean at all times, including utensils, equipment, glassware, and cutleries used.
- Report any electrical appliances if found defective immediately.
- To have full knowledge and understanding of the menu and ingredients used in all food and beverage items.
- Ensure all the products used follows First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to minimize wastage and control product quality.
- Inspect and clean the food preparation area and kitchen equipment to ensure clean safe food handling practices.
- To seek further authorization and advice from immediate superior when necessary.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Work Location: Novena Square 2, Kallang Wave Mall, East Coast Parkway (CPG)
- Transport Allowance: only applicable to CPG
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work min 4 hours a day.
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
- General knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- Meal & Uniform provided.
