Greet customers.
Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
Serve foods and beverages to customers.
Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
Must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months.
Must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend).
Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
Warm and cheerful personality.
Able to communicate well with customers.
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Hourly pay rates: $11 on weekdays & weekends / $14 on public holidays.
