Contract: 4 months
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours (min 3 days/week)
Pay: 11/hr
Job Scope
- Answering of enquiries through general hotline calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Daily work order processing of repair and maintenance appointments, creation of quotation and DOs for internal and external customers.
- Proposing of chargeable maintenance work to end users, e.g general servicing, steam cleaning, etc.
- Checking of stock and reservation of spare parts for technician to bring along during appointment.
- Follow-Up of work orders and update records in system until closure of job.
- Administrative support, filing and scanning.
- Updating of Accounts Receivables.
- Any other work assigned by Supervisor.
