Job Description
:
- Clinics at Novena Hospital and Farrer Park Medical Centre
- 4 days work week (Mon, Thurs and Fri 9am to 5pm, Tues 1pm to 5pm)
- Permanent position with benefits and bonus
- Start in January 2024
- Assist in daily clinic operations
- Handle registration counter
- Booking of appointments for doctor
- Cover the other clinic assistant whenever it is necessary
- Prior Clinic Assistant working experience
- Able to converse in Mandarin as need to handle Chinese speaking patients
- IT savvy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
