To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following: Counter duties: - Triage, safe entry and temperature taking. - Familiar with Patient Risk Profile Portal To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following: Counter duties: - Triage, safe entry and temperature taking. - Familiar with Patient Risk Profile Portal. - Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments ' Familiar with E- payment modes ( QR pay, Nets) - Perform COVID-19 Swabs - Explain medical and health screen packages to patients - Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease - Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination - Handling of incoming calls and enquiries. - Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures - Administrative tasks - Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes. Requirements: Good command of spoken and written English Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals) - Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal. - Familiar with TPA claims. Ability to speak mandarin/ malay will be an advantage. Minimum GCE A level/ Diploma Experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting is preferred. Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.Sales experience/ Digital Marketing experience an added advantage. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only Able to work shifts - including weekday nights and weekends Key attributes necessary: Patient Orientated and good patient service is necessary. Driven and willing to learn. Diligent Responsible and motivated team player. Reliable and Honest Part time Salary: $8 - $12/ Hour excluding incentives.
