Job Description
Job Highlights Physiotherapy Clinic 5 mins from Tan Kah Kee (DT Line) or Botanic Gardens (DT/Circle line) MRT Good team player. Customer-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Perform front desks duties - Answering of phone calls/ enquiries, scheduling of patient appointments, appointment reminders, helping patient with registration. Ensuring cleanliness of clinic (e.g. vacumm and wipe down high touch surfaces) Inventory control of clinic supplies. Stock taking and ordering of stocks. General admin work and ad-hoc duties Work shift is as follows : Tue 2-8pm, Wed 2-6pm, Thur 2-8pm, Friday 2-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm 24 hours/week $12/hourRequirements Min. GCE N/O Levels and above Prior customer service experience in the Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage Computer literacy essential. Experience with Clinic Content Management System (CMS) is a bonus. Fluent in conversational English and Mandarin
