Job Responsibilities



Calling potential clients Schedule appointments, plan meetings with clients Receive, sort, and distribute mails Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required Conduct simple data entry Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements



Familiar with Microsoft Excel (Word Document, Excel etc.) Good email correspondence skills Able to commit for

3

months or more

Training will be provided


Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
