Part time
- Upkeep of database for customer's feedback on quality of after sales service
- Callback of customers to update any changes to their previous ratings
- Market research call to customers of other companies
- Location: Newton (right next to MRT)
- Salary: Starting Pay from $10-$20 (depending on experience)
Job Requirement
- You must be bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with customers who may be mandarin-speaking.
