Job Description


s :

  • Assist in general administrative duties;
  • Making calls and follow-up with customers on appointment confirmation as well as shifting and booking in appointment;
  • Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control;
  • Perform data entry, organize, issuing and receiving of goods;
  • Follow up on marketing leads and take on telemarketing duties; and
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by your superior
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in beauty services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
