Job Description
An established dental practice is hiring a customer success executive who can embark on the digital transformation journey.You will be served as the first impression of our dental practiceYou will learn how to interact with patients from the registration to the payment while managing customer experience throughout in clinic/over the phone/online.Roles and Responsibilities
- Collecting and recording medical and dental histories
- Work with patients on billing and payment
- Manage and coordinate appointments for patients
- Able to speak mandarin & English
- Interest in helping people
- The ability to work well independently, as well as in a team
- Compassion and empathy while interacting with patients
- Consistent professional attitude.
- Able to provide great patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Part-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: $9.00 - $10.00 per hourBenefits:
