Finance & Operations Supervisor - Primarily Remote

Location: Remote, with occasional on-site visits to office or client sites

Working Hours: 5 days/week, 5 hours/day (flexible, can be split into segments)

Compensation: Part-time probation (3-6 months): SGD 1,600-2,000/month; upon confirmation: base salary + profit-sharing (negotiable)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic External Relations & Financial Manager to oversee financial management, client relations, and team operations. This role combines account management, compliance, business development, and team leadership for a growing finance company, providing opportunities for flexible work and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

Manage client and internal accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports. Oversee cash flow, budget control, GST, tax filings, and corporate secretarial matters. Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships. Build, train, and manage finance and business teams, establishing workflows and performance standards. Conduct regular team training to improve professional skills and service quality.

What We're Looking For

Experience in accounting firms, financial service companies, or corporate financial management. Proficient in financial software and data analysis tools. Familiar with banking processes and compliance requirements. Proven experience in team management and training, capable of leading teams to meet performance targets. Strong communication skills; able to independently manage client needs and business negotiations.
