Roles & Responsibilities
If you’re outgoing, bubbly and great with kids, we want you! We are a boutique music school located at Pandan Valley, and we are looking to hire committed and passionate front desk receptionists to join our team and assist in the running and growing of the school, from mid July.
We are looking for someone hardworking, outgoing and friendly, proactive, organized, who possesses a growth mindset, and loves children! Music knowledge is an advantage.
Roles:
- Respond to enquiries (email, walk-in, whatsapp)
- Front desk duties like checking in, greeting students and parents
- Scheduling, room allocations and invoicing
- Creating flyers and marketing material
- Updating social media channels
- Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of school
- Prepare materials and props for group classes (binding, photocopying, laminating)
Requirements:
- Able to commit to min three days, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Usual working hours for weekdays is 1-7pm
- Fluent in English
- Able to use Instagram and Facebook
