Resident Technical Officers

(Responsibilities)
- Immediate Supervision (Part Time)
- Duration: 3 months
- For NUS project
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards, ensure safety on site.
- Maintain and update site records on project progress.
- Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings).
- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in institutional building.
- Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
