Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support such as troubleshooting for company end users.
  • Perform system maintenance, administration and inventory management for devices, systems, IT infrastructure.
  • Internal staff IT support.
  • Manage internal IT assets, software license and usage.
  • Set up new users\' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Manage for company shared drive user access rights, SAP support, Microsoft 365 email administrator, printer and HR Leave System.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Understanding of IT networking infrastructure software and server applications.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Part time- work 3 days a week. (negotiable)
