Job Scope:

The manager on duty will be in-charge of overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the Kallang Tennis Hub (KTH) or Kallang Football Hub (KFH) and to ensure that operations are running smoothly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage patrons\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, feedbacks, or issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and support enquiries from Customer Care \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with programme sign ups and set up of equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarise and promote venue offerings (e.g., programme, courses) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the venue is clean and safe, reporting any safety or cleanliness issues to the facilities or security team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the venue is run in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the conditions of entry of the venue \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that venue is ready for Elite Athlete Training (Lights is in Training Mode) \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the main point of contact for Customer Care, Facility Attendant/Groundsmen, EAT personnel, Security and Duty Technicians \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure no patrons overstayed the respective bookings \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with any incidents by following the correct procedures and raising an Incident Report (IR) to venue management \xe2\x80\xa2 Update venue management with daily sales figures and EAT Numbers \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend required staff training \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide emergency assistance when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• A positive attitude and dynamic approach, with the ability to be working out on the ground for long periods of the day

• Previous sport and leisure experience is considered an advantage

• A can-do attitude with focus on achieving results

• Pleasant personality and passion for service excellence

• Ability to apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in a diverse environment

• Is a proactive team player and prepared to support the endeavours of the wider collective

• Comfortable to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays

• CPR + AED certified will be advantageous

Working Arrangements:

Operating Hours (KTH/KFH): MONDAY TO SUNDAY 7.00AM to 10.00PM Shift Hours:

Shift 1 - 6:30AM TO 2:30PM (8hr)

Shift 2 \xe2\x80\x93 2:30PM TO 10:30PM (8hr)

Contract Period:

From 1 Mar 2024 onwards

Salary:

$11 per hour
