Part-Time Personal Assistant (PA)

to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a busy professional.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal organization and time management, fitting perfectly around other commitments.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate:

$12 - $15 per hour

, based on experience.

Work Schedule:

Strictly scheduled during standard

Monday to Friday business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

. Negotiable to work within 3-5 days per week. No evening or weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate professional and personal appointments, meetings, and reminders.

Document Organization:

Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.

Errands & Logistics:

Occasionally assist with personal tasks and local errands (e.g., mailings, picking up supplies).

Ad-Hoc Projects:

Provide flexible support on various administrative and organizational tasks as required.

Marketing Support:

Assist the team in making engaging social media content, including drafting posts, gathering assets, and scheduling basic updates.
What We're Looking For

Availability:

Must be consistently available during weekday business hours.

Organizational Master:

Exceptional organizational skills and an intense attention to detail are mandatory.

Trustworthy:

High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient with Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Capcut, Canva & Trello

Self-Starter:

Proactive, able to anticipate needs, and work independently.

Communication:

Clear, professional, and efficient communication skills.
