Part Time Promoter (Mobile Phone) WEEKENDS / PH

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all in store sales activities. Deliver quality customer service including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, provide comprehensive products information and advice, and delivering post-sale services. Able to up-sell and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Maintain display area's cleanliness and ensure that products are organized and visually appealing. Maintain accurate inventory recording and ensure timely restocking of inventories. Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should possess a minimum GCE N-Level qualification. Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-years of retail experience for mobile phones. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong sales acumen and persuasive selling skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
