Job Description

Working Hours



Mondays to Fridays: 12.30pm to 6.30pm (no lunch break included) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Qualifications



Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent. Should have at least 3 years of experience as front desk receptionist. Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and powerpoint etc Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e. Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc. Able to attend and communicate with students, aged 13 to 17 years old age group

Key Responsibilities



Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school. Recording late coming of students. Recording loan of uniforms to students Record the daily student report sick data in the log books Receive and register documents in the front office. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter. * Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders and Admin staff
