Responsibilities
Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer-oriented image at all times.
Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
Complete customer transactions in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect
Reduce the customer's waiting time to a minimum
Achieve the turnaround time for cashiering with high productivity level
Collaborate with co-workers to accomplish sales and service goals
Provide manager with customers' feedback in a regular manner
Any other duties as per assigned
