The Retail Florist, also our brand ambassador, will provide excellent customer service, sales advisory, and flower arrangement services to help our customers at the retail outlets. She is creative and has a wide knowledge of various flowers, and uses her artistic ability to provide excellent flower arrangements as well as fulfilling customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders as requested. - Interact with customers and provide excellent advisory on flowers selection, pricing and customization
- Learn flower skills to create arrangements for on the spot purchase
- Ensure items and fridge-displays are neat and attractive
- Opening, closing and cashing up of store
- Keep shop clean, tidy, safe and inviting
- Willing to learn new skills and able to work fast
- Friendly and has a positive attitude
- Customer-Oriented / Sales-Oriented
- Hardworking and responsible
- Creative but also knowing when to adhere to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
