The Sales associate is to create a pleasant retail experience by providing fantastic customer service through in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge. The candidate will be a brand ambassador to showcase Yishion\xe2\x80\x99s latest fashion pieces and recommend choices that best fit the personal styles of our customers. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge \xc2\xb7 Understand customer needs and personal style to recommend options for every occasion \xc2\xb7 Proactively manage end to end operations, administrative and housekeeping duties \xc2\xb7 Collaborate as a team to achieve monthly store targets \xc2\xb7 Motivate sales through up-selling and cross selling \xc2\xb7 Perform daily sales activities, reporting, stock control and replenishment \xc2\xb7 In charge of cash and card payment using POS system \xc2\xb7 Introduce customer to current promotions and incentives: VIP memberships \xc2\xb7 Support visual merchandize team in stock display \xc2\xb7 Engage customer on feedback to enhance their next store visit \xc2\xb7 Perform day to day operations \xc2\xb7 Provide good customer service \xc2\xb7 Greet all valued customers readily \xc2\xb7 Be able to recommend products and promotions to customers \xc2\xb7 Handle merchandise with care \xc2\xb7 Basic housekeeping - keeping the shop neat and tidy \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge \xc2\xb7 Build your own customer fan club!
