Welcome and assist every customer in a warm professional manner.
Provide personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long-term client relationship wire proactive follow-ups.
Sales & Business Development
Promote consignment, direct sell, and trade-in opportunities.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Store Presentation & Merchandising
Ensure store displays and merchandising are neat, clean, and aligned with brand Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
Inventory & Operations
Assist win stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product receiving.
Handle payments and all customer transactions accurately.
In-store Partnership Support
Receive and assist clients' bags drop-off and deliver the bags once per week to the partner's assigned location.
Record all details: brand, condition, requested service, estimated timeline.
Participate in training provided by a partner.
Coordinate with the partner's operations service team to ensure timely processing.
Notify clients once their bags are ready for collection.
Reporting & Documentation
Daily reporting of customer in-store visits for both walk-in and appointments.
Maintain accurate records or customer databases and transactions.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Develop expertise in luxury brands, product authentication, and the resale market.
Stay updated on fashion and luxury trends to better serve clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
