Job Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting gold jewelry pieces Handle basic computer tasks (data entry, checking stock, processing orders) Provide product information and support customers professionally Maintain shop cleanliness and display arrangement Follow standard operating procedures and assist with simple admin tasks

Requirements

Must be able to work every Sunday from 11:30am to 5:30pm Must be able to use a computer Must be able to speak English AND either Malay or Tagalog Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service experience is an advantage (but not required)
