Job Description
The Sales associate is to create a pleasant retail experience by providing fantastic customer service through in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge. The candidate will be a brand ambassador to showcase Yishion's latest fashion pieces and recommend choices that best fit the personal styles of our customers.Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge Understand customer needs and personal style to recommend options for every occasion Proactively manage end to end operations, administrative and housekeeping duties Collaborate as a team to achieve monthly store targets Motivate sales through up-selling and cross selling Perform daily sales activities, reporting, stock control and replenishment In charge of cash and card payment using POS system Introduce customer to current promotions and incentives: VIP memberships Support visual merchandize team in stock display Engage customer on feedback to enhance their next store visit Perform day to day operations Provide good customer service Greet all valued customers readily Be able to recommend products and promotions to customers Handle merchandise with care Basic housekeeping - keeping the shop neat and tidy Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge Build your own customer fan club!????:????: ???$8.00
