Location: Somerset


Shifts: 11:00am-3:00pm or 6:00pm-10:00pm (weekdays/weekends)


Pay: $12-$15 per hour (based on relevant experience and weekday/weekend shifts)

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers warmly. Take orders accurately and promptly. Serve food and beverages efficiently. Address customer needs and enquiries. Upsell and cross-sell menu items where appropriate. Perform cashiering and close bills accurately. Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and tidiness of the dining area. Replenish and stock supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Communicate clearly and work as a team to deliver seamless service.

Skills

Friendly, professional customer interaction to ensure satisfaction. Clear verbal communication for order-taking and enquiries. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Team player who collaborates effectively.

Requirements

Able to work at Somerset during the stated shift hours. Punctual, reliable, and presentable. Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
