Job Description
Responsibilities
- Usher customers to their seats
- Attend to customers enquiries and complaints (if any)
- Assist with order taking
- Up sell and recommend products to customers
- Serve food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages)
- Clearing of tables and empty dishes where necessary
- Ensure guests\' needs and requests is fulfilled
- Customer orientated
- Able to stand for long hours (4 hours or more)
- Able to commit 3 days per week
- Able to commit long-term or 3 months and above
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable with handling and serving alcoholic beverages
- Indoor Stadium (Stadium MRT)
- One Fullerton (Raffles Place MRT)
- Orchard Rendezvous Hotel (Orchard MRT)
- Riverside Point (Clarke Quay MRT)
- Woodleigh Mall (Woodleigh MRT)
