About the Role

Join our financial services team as a Part-Time Telemarketer focused on scheduling appointments with prospects for our wealth management and investment advisory services. You'll be the crucial first contact connecting potential clients with our professional advisors in a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to qualified prospects using provided lead lists





Schedule appointments between prospects and financial advisors





Follow up on missed calls or busy prospects to maintain engagement





Achieve targets for daily and monthly appointment setting (pro-rated for part-time hours)





Maintain accurate records in CRM system with detailed notes

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent





At least 2 years telemarketing, sales, or related verticals





Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills





Professional phone etiquette and resilient mindset





Comfortable with rejection and goal-oriented





Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in part-time capacity

Preferred:

Financial services or insurance industry experience





Proven track record in appointment setting or lead generation





Previous part-time or flexible work experience
