Job Description
Brawn & Brains is a specialty coffee roastery and caf\xc3\xa9 located in the East of Singapore. We are looking for outgoing, positive individuals who enjoy customer service and can work independently with initiative to join our team as part-time service crew.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the caf\xc3\xa9
- Take orders and process payment transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Work well and confidently under pressure during peak hours
- Attend to customers\' queries and feedback
- Assist in other areas of operations when required
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays (minimum 3 days shift per week with at least one weekend shift)
- Shifts will be located between outlets (East Coast Road / Hamilton Road)
- Remuneration rates are based on relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and consistent
- Enjoy working in a team and dynamic environment
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
