Role Description
The Partner Advisor will work with hundreds of consulting partners over the course of a year. This role will be the first touch with our Growth partners across the Asia Pacific region. It will include crafting and executing targeted phone and email campaigns to drive our KPIs, as well as engaging in strategic discussions around the partners\xe2\x80\x99 business plans. The key to this role will be quickly understanding a partner\xe2\x80\x99s business and recommending best practices that will help them succeed. This role is externally facing with 50% of your time will be spent engaging with the partners as well as supporting (and learning from), the Senior Partner Advisors. This is also a high-volume role, fast-paced role requiring dozens of partner engagements every week. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams that all work towards driving partner and customer success.
