About the Role/ The Opportunity:

This role is a partner facing business development role focused on building and accelerating the business with Sitecore\'s partner ecosystem. We are looking for a seasoned, sales-driven business development professional with relevant experience in the digital marketing, customer Experience or similar, selling complex software solutions and services with partners to mid-market and enterprise customers.

The individual will be responsible for the partner business for a portfolio of partners in the Southeast Asia and India markets. Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding targets for business generated through & with partners (both co-sell and partner-initiated business), ensuring good partner engagement throughout the sales process in deals to successfully win deals and ensuring post-sales implementation success. The role will be responsible for partner acquisition of new partners/affiliates as well as managing and growing business with existing & strategic partners. The responsibilities are detailed below.

This is an Individual Contributor role, reporting into the Regional Director - Partners - Asia, and requires the individual to work closely with the other partner managers in country, sales, pre-sales, business development and customer success teams as applicable.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Manage relationships and serve as primary contact with all assigned regional & local partners, system integrators and digital agency partners & affiliates within the partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia and India
  • Responsible for partner acquisition of new partners as well as managing and growing relationships with strategic partners within the partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with the sales, pre-sales and customer success teams within Sitecore and relevant teams within partner organisation to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction for Sitecore projects delivered by partners
  • Build and execute joint business plans with key partners that focus on driving partner-initiated business and create shared value for Sitecore and the alliances & partners
  • Align sales and marketing resources and activities and drive target account planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and execute demand-generating initiatives
  • Represent Sitecore in the development and GTM of innovative joint solutions and service offerings
  • Support the development of the partners & alliance\'s Sitecore capabilities, competency, and capacity to deliver exceptional customer experience solutions
What You\'ll Do:
  • Experience in Software/Solution Sales/Partner Management
  • Experience managing Regional & Local Partners, System Integrators and Digital Agencies, Alliances & Affiliates
  • Performance driven individual. Demonstrable track record of over achievement in business development/quota carrying roles
