Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial

Partner

to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in expanding the firm's client base, mentoring lawyers, and driving strategic growth within their area of practice.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire teams to deliver world-class legal services. Provide strategic counsel to clients across diverse industries. Manage and grow mission-critical client relationships. Oversees complex legal matters with vision and precision. Drive business development, opening doors to new opportunities across Asia. Play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's reputation, culture, and long-term success.

Job Requirements:

Deep legal expertise in one or more of the following areas: Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Capital Markets.

Proven leadership and team-building skills. Strong interpersonal; and communication abilities, with a talent for winning trust and building long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic growth. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience navigating the Asian legal and business landscape. Academic and professional qualifications to practice law, with a strong track record of excellence. Established client base or a portable book of business is an advantage.
