My client is a US Tech MNC. You will have the exposure to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and software. This role is responsible for developing and implementing program plans.Roles & Responsibilities
This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to to ensure program/project goals and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and experience in internal and external stakeholder management.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement program/project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program/project goals and objectives are met.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Monitor program/project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program/project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
• 2 years of experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of success
• Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Strong execution and project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
