What You'll Do:
Find and manage clients be it household employer or corporate/SME employer
Handle recruitment from start to finish (360 process)
Manage deployment & handover
Provide after-sales support and follow-up
What We Need From You:
CEI Basic All or CEI KAH
licence (MOM requirement)
Experience in
Migrant Domestic Helper (MDW)
or
Construction/Blue-Collar recruitment
Responsible, disciplined, and compliant with MOM rules
Earnings:
50/50 Profit-Sharing (after costs)
Purely commission-based
