Specialist in Music Publishing Partner Solutions

THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION THAT IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION UP TO 2 YEARS

My Client is a Global Technology Company that works with partners in the Music, Gaming and Entertainment Space to be hosted on their platform. They are looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist for Music Publishing Partners

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Music Content Operations, Rights Management) to assess music publishing metadata (e.g., ISRCs, ISWCs).
• Evaluate data and design dashboards and tracking systems to measure engagement of music publishers and songwriters, among other metrics.
• Analyze and compile reports containing music publishing data for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support in best practices, including trendspotting and creating informative materials based on partner requests.
• Manage and maintain the CRM database for music industry publishing partners.
• Address troubleshooting and partner account requests.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Minimum of 2 years of digital music experience, with a focus on music publishing data and rights.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across functions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their relationship with music.
• Possesses a "Solutions" mindset.
• Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Clear and succinct verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to accomplish multiple objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in music licensing and copyright across diverse digital content types, including gaming, virtual reality, advertising, and film/television.
• Background in data analytics is good to have
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, along with fluency in at least one Asian language (Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.).
